Sending a Gift
If this is a gift that’s being sent directly to the recipient please let me know at getintouch@russellrussell.im and I will happily add a personalised note.
Delivery
We understand that you want to get your hands on your purchase as quickly as you can so we always aim to send out your item within 24 hours of the order being placed. Delivery within the UK will take 2-3 days.
For the rest of the world we use a tracked and signed for delivery service. Delivery times will vary depending on destination, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
If you’re placing your order from outside the UK you may be liable to pay import taxes, customs duties and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will be due once the goods arrive in your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot offer advice on import duties and taxes and we do not have any responsibility for these additional charges. Please contact your local customs office if you need more information before placing your order.
Returns Policy
If you don’t love your russell russell purchase the way you thought you would, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving it.
Please send an email to us at getintouch@russellrussell.im with your order details and let us know if you’d like to exchange it for an alternative or receive a refund. We will then let you know where to return it. Wrap up the unused bag in the packaging it came in, jot down your order number, name and address and pop inside the box. You are responsible for the cost of return postage. Once we receive your return, we’ll exchange the item or refund you straight away.
Any refunds will be credited to the original payment method. You will be responsible for postage costs. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and insurance to cover the item as we are not responsible for items that don’t arrive.
International Returns
Please attach the necessary customs documents to the parcel ensuring that it is clearly marked that the item is being returned.
